油味噌（嘗味噌）
To Osenchaan, It gets quite cold in the mornings and evenings, but it's very warm during the day. Today, I was able to get red miso, so I tried making black miso. I slowly sautéed sake, miso, mirin, sesame oil, green onions, and bonito flakes in rapeseed oil. It's delicious as a side dish for rice. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)❤(ӦｖӦ｡).
