 I decided to make plum wine.





 Wash the sea clean and dry it well

 I also took the bad mouth.

 Prepare 1 kg of plums and 800 g of crystal sugar,

 In a sterilized jar, put rock sugar, plum, and rock sugar alternately,

 Put icing sugar on top.

 Pour in the shochu and close the lid. It can be matured in about 1 year.

 You can pickle the plums as they are,

 I think you can take it out in about half a year.

 The plum is quite delicious.
